Cary Lydic
Coach Lydic will begin his first year as head coach for the Greater Latrobe Junior High School wrestling team. Prior to becoming the head coach, he was an assistant at Latrobe, volunteered for Kiski Prep wrestling club as well as Seton Hill wrestling club. He has also opened a business with his brother Ty, that supports the growth and development of all athletes.
Coach Lydic is a 2009 graduate of Greater Latrobe. After 10 years of wrestling for the wildcats, Cary continued his wrestling career at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he earned a degree in Psychology and Literature.
Cary is presently employed by Benjamin Moore Paints and The Greensburg Newsstand. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, watching college football, and watching all age divisions of wrestling. Coach Lydic would like to wish this year's team good luck in the season!
